At Second Hand Parts Wala, we ensure that all second-hand spare parts provided are 100% original and high quality. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns in any case. However, we do offer replacements under specific conditions, as outlined below.
What do our return and replacement policy cover?
1. Replacement Eligibility
A replacement is only offered if:
✅ The item received is damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
✅ The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the order details.
✅ The part received is non-functional due to a defect that is not a result of improper installation or mishandling.
Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement
Replacements will NOT be provided in the following situations:
❌ Change of Mind – We do not accept replacement requests if you order the wrong part or no longer need it.
❌ Incorrect Installation or Mishandling – If the part is damaged due to improper handling, incorrect installation, or external factors.
❌ Used or Modified Parts – The product must be in its original condition; replacements will not be issued for used, installed, or altered parts.
❌ Electrical & Electronic Components – Sensors, ECUs, relays, and similar items cannot be replaced unless they are faulty on arrival.
2. How to Request a Replacement?
If you meet the replacement conditions, follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit a Replacement Request
* Email us at secondhandspartwala@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
* Mention your order ID, product details, and reason for replacement.
* Attach clear images/videos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
Step 2: Verification & Approval
* Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
* If approved, we will initiate the replacement process and provide shipping details.
Step 3: Return of the Original Item & Replacement Dispatch
* The faulty or incorrect item must be returned in its original condition (unused and properly packaged).
* Customers must ship the item back (shipping charges may apply unless it was our mistake).
* Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued in any case. The only resolution available is a replacement as per the conditions mentioned above.
4. Order Cancellations
* Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
* After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our replacement policy will apply if needed.
