At Second Hand Parts Wala, we take great care to ensure that our products are delivered to you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event of transit damage, we offer a replacement under the following terms

Replacement Policy (Under Special Circumstances Only)

We only offer replacements in the following rare cases:

• You received the wrong item (not matching your order description).

• You received a damaged item (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing proof).

• The item is non-functional on arrival and falls under our 3-month guarantee (if applicable).

Replacement Conditions:

• Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• The product must be returned in its original condition, along with all packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

• Final decision on approval of replacement rests with Second Hand Parts Wala, after inspection and verification.

6. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be canceled as we immediately start sourcing the requested part from our supplier network.

7. Warranty / Guarantee

Some parts may come with a 3-month performance guarantee, as specifically mentioned on the product listing or communicated by our team.

Any warranty is strictly limited to replacement only, not refund.
