Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds on products once an order is placed and confirmed.

All sales made on our website www.secondhandpartswala.com are final.

This includes situations such as:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.

  • Incorrect part ordered by the customer (please double-check compatibility before ordering).

  • Delays in delivery caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Replacements (Under Special Circumstances Only)

We offer replacements strictly under the following special cases:

  1. Wrong Item Delivered:
    If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.

  2. Item Damaged in Transit:
    If the product is physically damaged on arrival (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video proof).

  3. Non-Functional on Arrival (DOA - Dead on Arrival):
    If the part is completely non-functional upon delivery and falls under our 3-month performance guarantee (where applicable).

Important Conditions for Replacement Approval

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Unboxing video and clear photos showing the issue are mandatory for verification.

  • The product must be returned in original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.

  • Decision on approving replacement rests solely with Second Hand Parts Wala, after internal verification.

Return Shipping for Replacements

If your replacement is approved:

  • In most cases, the customer is responsible for returning the product to our designated return address.

  • Once received and inspected, the replacement part will be shipped out.
