Non-Functional on Arrival (DOA - Dead on Arrival):
If the part is completely non-functional upon delivery and falls under our 3-month performance guarantee (where applicable).

Return Shipping for Replacements
If your replacement is approved:

In most cases, the customer is responsible for returning the product to our designated return address.
