1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all over India.

For international shipping, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and charges.
 

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • In case of rare parts or special orders, processing time may take longer. We will inform you via call or WhatsApp if there is any delay.
     

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch.

  • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5-10 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier partner performance, location, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes).
 

4. Shipping Charges

We offer calculated shipping rates at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

In some cases (especially for bulky parts like bumpers, doors, etc.), we may contact you post-order for additional shipping charges.

Free Shipping: Occasionally, we may run free shipping offers for selected products or order values.
 

5. Courier Partners

We work with reliable and well-known courier services like:

  • Delhivery

Tracking details will be shared with you once the order is dispatched.
 

6. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is shipped.

You can track your package directly through the courier partner’s website.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully pack all orders to avoid damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos of the packaging and item.

For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
 

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier company delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Strikes or political unrest

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
